Interior Painting

Preparation
- Furniture and miscellaneous belongings are protected
- Dust, sand, scrape, prime and needed minor drywall repair are conducted where as necessary
- Holes are filled. Gaps in trim are caulked. Stains, such as water marks are sealed
Clean-up
- Furniture is moved back to original positions
- All garbage is removed
- Touch up paint is labeled and left with the customer
- A supervisor/foreman will conduct a "wet walk around" the painted areas
- Final touch ups are completed
 

Exterior Painting

Preparation
- Entire pressure wash is conducted
- Driveways and decks are cleaned upon request
- Environmental mold and mildew remover is used with water. May be used near plants and shrubs
- Sufficient time will be allow (2 hours least) for surfaces to dry prior to paint
- Bondo, Vinyl Spackling or Putty of all nail holes
- Thoroughly caulking of all seams and edges
- Appropriate time is allowed for surfaces to dry.
Painting
- Two Full finish coat are applied for proper coverage and finish.
- Application of paint may be conducted by brush, roller, or spray depending on surfaces.
- Third coat is available upon request
- Only premium quality paints are used. Main brands (Sherwin Williams, Zinser, Benjamin Moore, Ralph Lauren, Pratt & Lambert)
Clean-up
- Performed daily upon completion of the job.
- All garbage is removed.
- Touch-up paint is labeled and left with the customer.
Inspection
- Before the crews pack up their equipment, a “wet walk-around” is done by the foreman or leader to ensure all contracted areas are painted properly.
